So, the VirtualPC emulated floppy *also* has quirks.

I don't understand them.  The following change apparently causes the floppy
drive to run, but I get pages and pages of:
	isa0: _isa_dmadone: channel 2 not finished
from the kernel.

Does anyone know the floppy driver well enough to suggest what might be
involved?  I'm a little stumped.
