I've had this in my .twmrc for many years.  (It made more sense back
when my only computer was a sparc running sunos.)

# control alt delete
"Delete" = c | m : all : f.exec "echo 'What do you think I am, a f*cking PC?' >/dev/console"

If you really wanted to weird folks out, you *could* change that last
part to:

        f.exec "shutdown -r now"
