Unlike Amiga, where the Reset-Key-sequence (Ctrl-Amiga-Amiga) is
hard-wired to reset the machine. It can be held up for some seconds
but not prevented by software. On PC, Ctrl-Alt-Del just happens to be
the DOS-reset-key, and is used for similar purposes in Windows.
(Remember that NT also uses it to initiate a log-on, which is not
really a shutdown ;) )
