I was trying to get the truetype anti-aliased fonts to render under
xf4.02. I was having absolutely no luck. The truetype stuff looks
nice, but each pixel is still 100% on or off.
Does anyone know, is the anti-aliased hack somehow dependent on direct
hardware support? I would have assumed not, but I'm starting to
wonder. Is there something non-obvious I need to do to get xterm to
have "fuzzy font"?
