So, this is supported by the plain-old-ISA "wss" driver, but not by the
isapnp driver.  I tried putting it in the table, and it gets not configured
because ad1848 doesn't work.  Anyone know what should be tweaked?  "variant 1"
seems to cause the probe to hang, so I guess that's not the right guess.

(The problem is that this particular motherboard doesn't seem to be able to
set the device up *except* as PNP, even when you tell it not to use PNP.)
