Because 1.5 has been opened to the public (and more importantly, the
mirror servers) but not yet *officially* announced.  `Please be patient.'

1.4.3 is a bugfix, easy-upgrade release of 1.4.x.  1.5 is a release with
many new features, but probably many more new bugs.  They do have very
different audiences.
