port-i386: Please check my syntax

Here is how i put line in my ifconfig.ne2 file auto ifconfig is enabeled in
rc.d

131.107.3.1 netmask 255.255.0.0

Is this right ?
If yes then netbsd is giving errors like bad value in file !!!???
