PCI.  Winmodem.  Sorry.  In particular, I've *never* seen a real
controller-based modem on a PCI bus[*], although I do know otherwise that
the LTMODEM chipsets are Winmodems.

[*] Rule of thumb:  If it's not ISA-attached, it probably doesn't have
    anything resembling a "traditional" COM port, and hence, it's a
    winmodem.
