Yes..

I installed V1.42 and during the installtion the sysinst asks for 
the network parameters if a nic was found. 
I used a 3com 509 and all works well.
Even I had all on my netware server I used ftp and NFS  just 
for testing .

I tried netBSD now and will install it on one of my VAXes.
