mrg already did this in src/gnu/dist/toolchain, so you can build from a GNU
`configure' right now.  It should work with 1.5 as well as -current.  I
haven't tested it personally, but I trust his word.  8^)

However, the BSD makefile build structure is only half done; I'm working on
that now (and have been busy working on Wasabi-internal things for a little
while, thus distracted from toolchain fiddling).  I should be able to get
the BSD makefile build structure together Soon.
