I don't know of any specific ones in the US. You could check if there is 
an "Internet Portal" Down there. The only ISP That supported my use of 
netbsd was using a netbsd server themselves, so you could ask around and 
see what ISPs are using netbsd and those companies would me more likely 
to give you *unofficial* support. Would be too expensive to have too many 
people asking the bsd admin how to connect thier home systems.

PS: you can always get a lot of support on here, I've even been able to 
connect my netbsd box to my University dial-up (which is an ugly two 
stage processes, where you have to start the ppp negoiation manually)
