Hi,

PCI 2.1 specs support IRQ sharing. If OS and drivers support them 
too, that should be no problem. Most boards I know attach a PCI slot 
with an integrated peripheral, e.g. USB shares IRQ with PCI slot 2, 
ACAPI shares IRQ with PCI slot 3, and AGP with PCI slot 1.
