Now that I have a CD with the (complete?) package distribution. I want
to start adding packages and the commands in man are not clear to me
(newbie) and I would appreciate any guidance.

First, there is no  /usr/pkg  directory, so I assume nothing other
than the essential NetBSD & X have been installed.

Besides seting up the package management system, I would also like to
install KDE becaause I am familiar with it.
