hi!

i just configured my kernel on my 1.5_alpha, and i was a bit surprised
when i found this:

options        COMPAT_PECOFF   # kernel support to run Win32 apps

what does this do? is it just there to run win32-console apps on the
console, or is it possible to run larger applications with it?
