I have a compaq deskpro xe 466. Have installed 1.4.2 with floppies and
can't seem to make the nic card work.

I think I have two issues, but my main objective is to get my nic card to
work.

1.) I have a ne1 and an ne2 but only one nic card installed! The dmesg.boot
has both listed with the same
mac address. The ne2 is at isapnp0.
2.) The ne1 and wss both have irq 10

I get ''ne1: device time out" when I try to ping out to my network.

I have tried booting in debug and issuing the commands listed in the i386
faq (http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/i386/faq.html#ne200-device-timeout) which
describe this error but I am either doing it wrong and/or leaving something,
but what?

My dmesg.boot follows ...
