In case anyone is using it: I've updated the rawrite32 program on

   ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/rawrite32

This is a Win32 implementation of the rawrite.com utility (the DOS equivalent
of dd when writing boot floppy images to disk).

Only minor enhancements supposed to improve useability happened. You can now
call it from the command prompt like "rawrite32 myimage.fs", so you don't have
to actually use much of the GUI ;-)
