We use ATAPI IDE LS-120's under NetBSD 1.4.2 in our servers (sd* at
atapibus?).  It has been supported since 1.4, and in 1.3.x with a patch
(ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/ide-1.3.3/ for 1.3.3). The LS-120
is very slow compared to a hard drive though, if that's important.
