   D-Link DFE-570TX -- 4 port 21143 card.  Double-check the part number,
   but i think that's right.

   Should work quite well w/ the `tlp' driver (I've heard several good
   reports).

That is a wonderful card that works quite nicely with the 'tlp' driver
[and even pretty well with the 'de' driver].  I'v had one for a while in
my AMD K6 machine running NetBSD/i386 1.4P/a.out.
