I don't know anything particular about their USB device, but I bought their 
SCSI unit, hoping that "SCSI tape is SCSI tape" and a stock driver would talk 
to it.  But it doesn't.  I don't know (yet) what's non-standard about it.  
OnStream claims to have a Linux driver "almost ready for alpha test."
