DOS COM4 == NetBSD com3 == NetBSD /dev/tty03

Under 1.4.2, MAKEDEV tty03 will actually create /dev/tty003, you want to
MAKEDEV tty3  (That's fixed in -current)

You probably also want an /etc/uucp/port file something like this:

port davicom
  type modem
  device /dev/tty03
  speed 115200

... if you want cu to open the port with no carrier present.
