OK, I've figured out how to get ssh to default to rsh. I'm still getting
can't start errors:
[t80000000] 06/11 21:21:52 stderr@bob: Using rsh. WARNING: Connection
will not be encrypted.
[t80000000] 06/11 21:21:54 stderr@bob: PVM_ROOT: Undefined variable.
[t80000000] 06/11 21:21:55 stdout@bob: EOF
[t80000000] 06/11 21:21:56 stderr@bob: Using rsh. WARNING: Connection
will not be encrypted.
[t80000000] 06/11 21:21:57 stderr@bob: %PVM_ROOT%libWIN32pvmd3.exe: Too
many arguments.
[t80000000] 06/11 21:21:57 stdout@bob: EOF
[t80040000] 06/11 21:21:57 startack() host bob expected version, got
"PvmCantStart"

It looks like the 3rd last error isn't right, but I'm not sure what to do
to fix it.
