			I tried this myself this morning - and got:

			Fatal server error:
			xf86OpenConsole: No console driver found
			              Supported drivers: pcons (with X
support), pcvt
			              Check your kernel's console driver
configuration and /dev entries

			So how do I get around this - I am using 1.4.2
GENERIC driver, and don't
			really want to compile a special kernel .. ??
