I've just put my version of "rawrite.com" running under Win32 (with a
very simple GUI) up for ftp on ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/rawrite32.
Both source (rawrite-win32-src.tar.gz) and binary (rawr32.zip) are there,
of course you'll only need the binary to use it.

I've tested it on Win2K and Win98, works fine for me, but your mileage
may vary. Use at your own risk!

Main purpose of this tool is for cases where the DOS version "rawrite.com"
is not working (i.e. USB floppies), not accassible (NT only installations)
or inconvenient.

Please try and let me know.

Martin
P.S.: If someone has access to non-i386 NT versions with a compiler,
I would like to know if it compiles and works there, too!
