Would be interesting to have the SCSI command which caused this ...
Could you edit scsipi_debug.h and add a:
#define SCSIDEBUG

Also change DEBUGTYPE to BUS_SCSI and DEBUGTARGET to 0.

Then recompile a kernel and post messages here
