The "rl" driver in 1.4.2_ALPHA will support your 8139 card.

There were some issues with timing and talking to the PHY on some versions
of NetBSD/3c905B.  I am using one quite reliably right now.  Perhaps we can
get those changes pulled up into 1.4.2...
