While printing out the pcibios debug messages

Tho' a kernel withut PCIOBIOS or the interrupt-routing fixups works fine.
The message disappeared before I copied it; dunno if it's the extra 8
interrupt lines, the PCI bridge setup, or something else.

is this a known/fixed problem,or should I get details and file a PR?
