It's really hard to say.  isdn4bsd, after all, lives inside the kernel and
is not supplied as part of NetBSD.  Since this panic hasn't been widely
reported by people _not_ running isdn4bsd, one fairly likely possibility
is that it's a bug in isdn4bsd that's causing it...
