Yes, you need to explicitly state that the aperture driver is not
there. I had to do the same thing (BTW, one of the recent updates to
the package collection was for a new aperture driver...).

If you can get dual head support to work, I'd like to know what you did to
make it happen because it is not working on my system (video card 1 = 3dfx
Voodoo3 2000, video card 2 = Number Nine Motion 771 (S3-968)).
