One thing that strikes me is that you are using /dev/tty02 (for ``COM''
port 2, I assume).  Try using /dev/tty00 and /dev/tty01.  I believe that
those are the first two serial ports on NetBSD/i386.  The ``COM''
nomenclature (I assume) seems to be to help give some orientation to
people familiar with PC terminology, but new to NetBSD.
