     YES!  I had to get the source code from the NetBSD 1.4.1 src.tgz file,
but I just compiled this one file and linked it in with my shared lib and
BINGO!  Problem solved.  After a week of wrestling with this, I'm now a
happy man!  Thanks to all who provided assistance!
