This file should have come from
ftp://bragg.phys.uwm.edu/pub/xforms/netbsd-alpha/ .

bragg seems to be down. I'm not sure why. It was up when I committed the
package.

Try it again. I moved the alpha one onto ftp.netbsd.org manually, so you
should find it.
