Oops..... problem here.
You want to mount the extended partitions on your second drive (sd1).
You want to do this in netbsd. In this case where netbsd is on the same
drive as your logical partitions i must tell you it wont work.
You need mbrlabel to make the logical partitions seem. It replaces the
partition table with a virtual and overwrites the kernel at that moment.
The problem is, when you use mbrlabel on your second harddisk, you have
mounted partitions when you do that. DONT USE mbrlabel on sd1 when you are
in netbsd, cause netbsd is also on sd1.
Personally, i dont know anymore how to mount your extended partitions in
your case. Cause mbrlabel cannot be used now and you really need that.
Perhaps Wolfgang knows a way around this?

Reinoud.
