I'd say you have something cheesy going on. Where is partition d? It
should be the entire disk at least as far as NetBSD is concerned. eg:
d:  4080510  0     unused                                               

Just as motivation: I've very succesfully mounted a FreeBSD-partition on
NetBSD.
