My ThinkPad passes biosdev of 0x8b when it wants to boot from an emulated
floppy. If we try to treat this as wd11, we fail. If we try to read from
the "real" fd0, we also fail, because fd0 is still the physical floppy.

Any suggestions? Can this machine just not boot NetBSD from a CD yet?

I've been thinking of trying to treat it as fd11a, but I don't know if that
would work any better.
