Weird. My thinkpad *still* won't boot from a NetBSD CD. It starts
almost-right, but then starts pounding on the floppy. I know why it
tries for fd0a, because that's apparently how bootable CD's work. But
why does it actually hit the floppy?

FWIW, it used to come up complaining about "wd11a" not responding. *sigh*.

Anything obvious I should be looking at? Ideally, I'd like to be able to
get a bootable CD made, but for whatever reason, they never work on the
Thinkpad. (Curiously, the thinkpad is fine booting from its own CD.)
