No, bad advice ! This will allow anybody on the internet to connect to you
X server (unless there is a firewall taking care of this) and get screenshots,
grab or inject keyboard/mopuse even, ...  A lot of things can be done to your
machines with this.
I you can, use Xauth. If you can't use xhost <the machine where you want
to start your X app, not + !!>
