That's probably Ezra Story <ezy@panix.com>

His driver is available at ftp://munnari.oz.au/pub/NetBSD/eap.c
(it replaces /sys/dev/pci/eap.c)

It works, in that it plays sounds, etc (and doesn't cause crashes or
anything silly like that), but it could probably still do with some more
work, it makes very annoying pops when the driver is closed, and the one
time I tried it, input switching & control didn't seem quite right either.
