I remember getting e-mail telling me to use the new MAKEDEV.
I just devided to check /dev/MAKEDEV, and noticed that its permissions are
r-xr-xr-x. Is it safe to assume that this file is not getting updated, and
that I mus su, chmod, ad delet it by hand?
