Well, it's hard to tell if it will work any better.  I've never had any problems
with the lpt driver, so for me ulpt was no improvement. :)  I do have to
use the "no reset" driver, though.

Hmm, is that the Entrega device?  I wouldn't buy that unless you can try it
out first.  I've heard that the printer port does not follow the printer port spec.
But if you can try it out first, just go ahead.  With some luck we might see a
driver for the serial ports (depending on stupid things like NDAs).
