ok, that does the job here, too...

...and on a properly prepared floppy (I had done some nonsense...sigh...)

my MSI boards are net-booting fine now from a "netboot-floppy",
using the onboard intel 82557.
to get this to compile, an older version of dev/pci/if_fxpreg.h has
to be around as sys/dev/pci/if_fxp_pci.c and
sys/arch/i386/stand/lib/netif/i82557.c diverged some...

btw.: this boards can do wake-on-lan and have the PXE available. It
shouldn't be a proplem to hack some little program to send a
WOL-packet to the beast to wake it up, but it would be really nice to
use PXE. I played around a little with this but gave up after seeing
that a netbsd kernel is to large to be loaded by PXE. But something
like the netboot thing I now use from a floppy or disk bootsector
should be small enough... Has anyone played with such a setup with
(more) success?
