The card has a DB15 AUI connector, a BNC connector, a red LED, and a
green LED. The board has 800E/300E silk-screened onto it. The main
IC is a DP83901AV. I'm currently using a 3Com501 and would _REALLY_
like to use something (ANYTHING) faster. There is a label on the
DB15 that reads ID 0080AD02238A.

If the ID listed above is the Ethernet MAC address, does anyone know
where I can find a table that will let me pull the manufacturer's
name out of the ID?

The 3Com501 I'm using is getting about 1KB/s with about a gazillion
retransmissions on a two machine 10Base2 connection.
