Just an FYI, but I'm getting similar messages.

I'm not running X at all, however.

The only times I'm seeing this message is when I'm doing more than
minimal (ie, less than maybe 200K/sec) activity on 2 drives on a
single channel of the IDE bus.

Any ideas?
