Hej!
I sent this problem a wile ago to this list, but maybe I should send-pr this?
These kind of problems are typically caused by the 63 sector offset of the 
NetBSD partition when selecting "use the whole disk for NetBSD" during install.

You can work around this by selecting "use part of the disk" and specify 
sector display and start the netbsd partition at offset 0.
