sshd will mean that this will be distributable to the outside world if
it lives in the U.S.  I notice a .ca email address - I _think_ that
means you can redistribute ssh doesn't it?  However, I doubt that NetBSD

what the package system is for.

There's a linux router project floating around somewhere (I think it was
linux) - they sent some patches to netbsd-bugs to reduce the size of our
shell.  Maybe you could peak at that they're doing.

If it works that way I think Jim's planning it to, there'll be enough
granularity to say "install these sets" and there shouldn't be any extra
stuff hanging around that you don't need.  When you get your list of
what's needed, it may be an idea to post it to tech-install@netbsd.org
as well...
