In /pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.4_BETA/i386 on ftp.netbsd.org (and soon the mirrors
that pick up BETAs) you'll find a snapshot of 1.4beta, as compiled on
april 21st.

The more people try it out, the better the release will be, so.. please
try it and report problems.
