	I would like a variation on this - I'd like to see a DOS .exe
	that would split files appropriately (this could be compiled
	via the i386-msdosdjgpp	package), otherwise we hit people with
	'Microsoft' helper machines. This would also help other ports.
	(I have a friend with an OS less sparcstation who only has
	access to a Windows PC with floppy).
