Subject: anyone object to not having split sets in 1.4?

For 1.4, I'm contemplating not including floppy oriented "split sets"
in addition to the unsplit sets in the binary distribution, and only
including a brief shell script to create the sets for those people
that might still need them.

Would anyone object to this change?
