Sounds like the windows machine sends a weird ARP reply which confuse the
NetBSD box.
What version of NetBSD are you using ? If it's a 1.3.x, could you try
a -current kernel (you can get one from the last snapshot, or I can send you
one). You don't need to upgrade your userland if you want just to try
(better boot single user, then run 'mount -a; sh /etc/netstart' however).
