Why aren't they also installed in /usr/doc somewhere?

Do we install a web browser as part of the base os?

Do we have a pointer to http://www.vix.com in our man pages?

What if I can't get to www.vix.com because my nameserver is broken,
and need to read up on named configuration in order to fix it?
