  In addition, under NetBSD-1.3.x it's also possible that an ISAPNP
device shows up as "not configured", but the corresponding ISA device
gets configured anyway.  IIRC this has changed in -current as the PnP
devices that are not configured are put to sleep by ISAPNP ...
